She graduated cum laude from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science degree and was a recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. Ms. Donohue is a member of The Florida Bar and the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. For more than 22 years, she has assisted clients through financial hardship, offering knowledgeable, compassionate representation to individuals navigating the bankruptcy process.

Michael Donohue is a legal assistant with over 10 years of experience in consumer bankruptcy practice. He works closely with clients throughout the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 process, assisting with case preparation, document collection, and procedural compliance to ensure matters move efficiently from intake through discharge. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida Southern College. His background in business, combined with a decade of hands-on bankruptcy experience, allows him to provide organized, detail-oriented support to both clients and counsel during what can often be a complex financial transition.

Mark J. Atwater, Esq., a lifelong Lakeland resident, helps individuals and families navigate bankruptcy with clarity and care. He earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2021.
